Food and Friends prepares and delivers meals and groceries to people living with HIV, cancer, and other life challenging illnesses. Our team volunteers in the kitchen on the fourth Saturday of every month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Up to 5 volunteers are needed every month. Food and friends is located at: 219 Riggs Road, NE. Food & Friends is a fast-paced organization and volunteers are utilized in every aspect of our operation. Food Prep & Packaging volunteers work together to help get meals out the door, making it a terrific team-building activity; duties may include peeling, dicing, portioning, sorting, bagging, labeling and more!
