|DC Movie Bears|
DCMovieBears is a social activity group for gay and bisexual men and their friends in the DC Metropolitan area. We get together every Wednesday night to see a movie at a local movie theatre. We often meet either before the movie for dinner or after for dessert or coffee.

George Washington University Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Resource Center provides a comprehensive range of education, support and advocacy services to create and maintain an open, safe and inclusive campus environment. The LGBT Resource Center welcomes a diversity of racial, ethnic, religious, political and cultural values and is committed to enhancing acceptance and quality of life for the entire GW community.
|DC Bi & Lesbian Married Women|
Bi & Lesbian Married Women, formerly a subgroup of Bi Network DC (BNDC), is a list to provide online social space and support for queer women who are married, in long-term relationships with men, or who are contemplating such a relationship. Its purpose is to create a forum for women who need support, but who don't live in the DC metro area or who feel that DCBLMW's social activities don't give them a space for discussing their issues and relationships.
As an organization for healing and empowerment, Black Men¡¯s Xchange conduct activities that promote healthy self concept, constructive decision making, cultural affirmation and critical consciousness among Same Gender Loving (SGL) and bisexual African descendent-males. BMX affirms and educates SGL and bisexual Black males while providing tools for self-determination, community, responsibility, self-actualization, and the prevention of health threats.

The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally (GLBTA) Resource Center works to strengthen and sustain an inclusive campus community that welcomes people of all sexual orientations and gender identities by providing support, educational resources and advocacy.
A bear club for DC that is event focused. Mimimal trappings of traditional bear clubs (no officers, dues, newsletters) with a focus to create recurring and sustaning bear activities across the metro DC area.
|Bears do Yoga|
Bears do Yoga is a weekly Yoga Class for Bears that takes place at the Green Lantern, 1335 Green Court, NW, at 6:30 PM. Beginners are welcome and poses can be adapted for folks of all sizes and shapes. he class is taught by Michael Brazell, who specializes in Zen Fusion Yoga. Zen Fusion Yoga is a combination of classical yogic principles combined and infused with zen and martial training.
|Delta Lambda Phi Fraternity (DC Chapter)|
Delta Lambda Phi is a national social fraternity for gay, bisexual, and progressive men. It offers a social environment and structure similar to other Greek-model college fraternities. Delta Lambda Phi was founded in 1986 in Washington DC, and currently has over 30 active chapters and colonies nationwide. The Alpha Chapter in Washington DC is a community-based chapter, whose members are students and recent graduates from the various colleges and universities in the Washington area.

Prime Timers of Washington, DC is a social organization for older gay and bisexual men and their admirers. It serves as a catalyst for bringing together men with "like interests" for social and recreational activities.
Gay District is a community-based organization focused on building understanding of gay culture and personal identity, awareness of community events and civil rights for gay, bi, trans, queer and questioning (GBTQQ) men between the ages of 18 to 35 in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Women in Their 20s is a a social discussion group for lesbian, bisexual, transgendered & other interested women in Washington, D.C. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. All are welcome to join us. WiTT is a great way to make new friends and meet other queer women in a fun and friendly setting.

DCBiWomen is a social and support group for bisexual and bi-curious women in the DC metro area including northern VA and MD. Our goal is to create an accepting, encouraging environment for bisexual women regardless of the gender of their partner or what they are looking for, meet other cool bi women, and affirm the existence of the bi-identity. All women are welcome, regardless of relationship status or orientation.
POZ, comfortable social nights out for POZ guys, their friends & supporters! It's a comfortable, affirming environment with lots of very friendly guys. Come out and join us! Please keep in mind that this is in place for people who are HIV+, but it also applies to those who don't have hang ups on dating someone who is poz & those who come out with their poz friends to support them.

The group is open and affirming to bi, fluid, and questioning men regardless of their relationship statuses or sexual preferences. Our members are single, dating, partnered, married, separated, or divorced. Some are monogamous, others are polyamorous. Our group ranges in age from college to retirement age.
