Matt RipaMatt is the Producing Artistic Director of Doorway Arts Ensemble. As a freelance theatre artist and producer, Matt directed WE TIRESIAS for Forum Theatre, TheatreMania's choice for Best Drama at the 2012 Capital Fringe Festival. He has served as director and assistant director at companies throughout the Washington region, including Imagination Stage, Forum Theatre, Rorschach Theatre Company, Doorway Arts Ensemble, Landless Theatre Company and Traveling Players. Matt was awarded a Creative Community Fund grant to write and direct a production in collaboration with choreographer Jane Franklin and composer Brad Linde. The result, A Great(er) Depression, in which he also performed, was featured at the Source Festival in 2010. |

Rebecca Gingrich-JonesRebecca is a 2012 recipient of an Individual Artist Award in Playwriting from the Maryland State Arts Council. Her plays have been produced or developed at the Capital Fringe Festival, Active Cultures Theatre, Page-to-Stage Festival, American College Theater Festival, Theater J, First Draft, Beltway Drama Series, Young Playwrights, Inc., Bread & Water Theatre, and Catholic University, where she received an MFA in Playwriting. Rebecca teaches acting and playwriting at Wobble Rocket Stage in Alexandria, VA. |

Alan BalchAlan is a freelance writer and dramaturg and a co-founder and producer of the audio drama company, The Horn Project. Alan attended The University of North Alabama and The Catholic University of America. |
