The DC Center is looking for new older LGBT adults to join the Friendly Visitors Program.

On Sunday July 29th, the DC Center held a training session for the Friendly Visitors Program. We are happy to announce that we trained 10 new volunteers. So once again, the Friendly Visitors Program has more volunteers than older LGBT adults.

For those of you who may not be familiar with the program, the Friendly Visitors Program is a volunteer-based program that is designed to provide elderly members of the LGBT community with weekly visits from our trained volunteers.
