National HIV Testing Day (NHTD), June 27, is an annual observance to promote HIV testing. The National Association of People with AIDS (NAPWA) founded the day in 1995 and continues to be the lead for this observance.

On June 27th, FREE HIV Testing will be provided in numerous locations throughout the city.

Whitman Walker Health will be providing testing at these three locations.

-Walgreens at 4225 Connecticut Ave, NW from 3-7 pm
-Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center, 1701 14th St., NW, from 9:00 am-6:00 pm
-Max Robinson Center, 2301 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, SE, from 9:00 am-4:30 pm

Us Helping Us (3636 Georgia Ave NW) will be hosting an all day event to promote National HIV Testing Day. Free HIV Testing, Food, and More will be provided!

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (2141 K ST NW, Suite 606) provides Free HIV Testing every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7:30pm.

The DC Center (1318 U ST NW) will be providing Free HIV Testing on July 7th from 4-7pm with Whitman Walker Health.
