Come join the Imperial Court of Washington DC at the Czar's Ball & Royal Convention, for the "Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Russian Tea Party," Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland meets the Romanovs. We will be announcing our candidates for Emperor and Empress I, as well as distributing funds raised to the three Reign Charities.
