SAGE Metro DC hosts a presentation by Henry Nash, an estates, trusts, and elder law attorney on discriminatory treatment of older LGBT persons and same sex couples and how an attorney can help.

The program will take place on January 23, 2012 at 6:30PM, the DC Center located at 1318 U Street, N.W. This program is particularly timely since the Maryland General Assembly will be considering a same sex marriage bill. Also featured in the discussion will be discrimination against same sex couples in Social Security, older LGBT persons and same sex couples in Medicaid, and guardianship, inheritance, and estate administration.
