The Prime Timers Spring Day Trip is scheduled to take place Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Philadelphia International Flower Show.

This year, The Philadelphia International Flower Show will travel to the "Islands of Aloha," as the Pennsylvania Convention Center will be transformed into a Hawaiian paradise.

Visitors will enter through a giant wave of orchids and towering waterfalls. Showcase gardens will highlight the flowers, plants, stories, art and culture of Hawaii's six Big Islands.

The Delux Motor coach will be leaving at 9 a.m. sharp. Take the Forest Glenn Metro Station, 9730 Georgia Avenue (The Red line), upper parking lot. At the Forest Glenn Metro Station, parking is free all day. Follow the entrance to the upper parking lot. (It is the second right on Forest Glenn Road, and is one block west of the corner of Georgia Ave. and Forest Glenn Rd.)

The scheduled itinerary is as follows:

11:30 am: Arrive at Flower Show
4:00 pm: LV Flower Show
4:30 pm : Arrive Harrah's Chester Casino, cocktails & buffet dinner
6:00 pm: Leave Harrah's
8:30 pm: Arrive at Forest Glenn Metro Station
*Lunch will be on your own at the famous Reading Terminal Market next door.

Tickets for the event must be purchased in advance, $85.00 includes: Deluxe motor coach transportation, Flower Show admission and Dinner. No tickets sold on the 10th. FC-FS basis.
