On Monday February 7, 2011 at 7.30pm, the Eagle (2nd floor) will host the kick-off planning meeting for DCLeatherPRIDE 2011 to be held Thurs June 2 - Sun June 5, 2011. Please Join us.
The planning committee is an all-volunteer committee of leather folk that coordinates and manages all aspects of DCLeatherPRIDE. For all leather clubs and leather folk, you can send as many representatives as you like as this is an open committee. For new folk or those interested in volunteering for a fun, event-packed warm-weather weekend, you are most welcome. We envision that the committee will meet for 1 - 2 hours every other week for the next 4 months (maybe weekly as the date approaches). All information, including 2010 sponsors and 2010 events is posted on the website at www.DCLeatherPRIDE.com.
For Monday's meeting, we'll review the good, the bad and the ugly from last year, we'll review the finances from last year and set up a few subcommittees.
