
Bears and allies are invited to Bears do Yoga this Monday (and every Monday) This continuing series is a basic yoga class and is open to the beginning yogi to the advanced. This class is open to folks of all different body types and physical abilities. Come learn what yoga has to offer you in a laid back, welcoming atmosphere.
Newbies are always welcome. No charge, and we usually have a couple extra mats to loan out. Chilled bottled water donated by the Green Lantern.
Classes will take place Monday evenings at 6:30 PM at the, Green Lantern, 1335 Green CT NW.
About the Instructor
The class will be taught by Michael Brazell, who specializes in Zen Fusion Yoga. Zen Fusion Yoga is a combination of classical yogic principles combined and infused with zen and martial training. Michael states "It is my goal to help each and every practitioner build and establish a connection with the mind, the body, and the soul."
