On Friday, August 13th, 2010, in the early morning hours, a transgender individual was sexually assaulted near the 2000 block of P Street NW. The victim reported that she was grabbed by the suspect who placed his hand over her mouth, removed her clothes, and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the area on foot.
