What makes a great listener? How can you support someone in crisis, when you just don't know what to say? Mautner's Creative Listening Workshop is a dynamic and interactive learning experience that will improve your confidence in any setting.

The workshop will be facilitated by Reverend Linda Calkins, a compassionate and passionate woman who takes her professionalism and personal ideologies into the world with a grateful heart. Rev. Calkins will discuss what "creative" means in a listening context, identify verbal and non-verbal communication cues, and examine the differences between hearing and listening.
