Socialite Saturdays, a new monthly ladies-only event, benefits two local organizations, The DC Center and Women in The Life Association. Socialite Sundays takes place Saturday November 7th and the first Saturday of every month starting at 10:30 PM,  at Mezza Luna Lounge, 1140 19th Street NW. The Women in The Life Association (WITLA) is a social justice organization advancing the rights of lesbians of color through cultural affirmation, education and advocacy.
